Are EOR services currently available in the Justworks PEO platform?
Justworks is now able to provide global EOR services through the acquisition of Via. Currently, EOR is not directly available from our PEO platform and is being offered through a separate platform. In the future, Justworks customers will be able to manage PEO and EOR from the same platform.

A global employer of record (EOR) company or provider helps companies onboard employees based in other countries, put them on local payroll, and administer localized benefits on your behalf. The benefit of an EOR is that it simplifies global hiring, enabling companies to hire around the world without needing to navigate through local employment laws and regulations on their own.
How does Justworks’ EOR services through Via work?
Through Via, Justworks has local EOR entities in 11 countries, including Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the U.K. with more coming soon. Our EOR functions like a strategic partner that has a team of local legal and HR experts who help make global hiring simpler. When companies partner with us, the company retains the ability to make all of the hiring decisions, and manages employees’ day-to-day activities, while we take care of HR admin and help ensure compliance.
Do I need to be a Justworks PEO customer to use Justworks’ EOR services?
No, Justworks’ EOR services offered through Via are open to anyone who wants to be able to streamline hiring full-time employees internationally.
What is the difference between EOR and Justworks PEO?
Justworks PEO is a great all-in-one payroll, compliance, HR, and benefits solution for U.S. companies. Through Justworks PEO, we can handle payroll, payroll tax reporting, workers’ compensation insurance, and more for your U.S. employees while offering 24/7 support. Justworks’ global EOR (through Via) is the solution for companies looking to easily hire talent in countries where they don’t already have a legal presence. Our local EOR entity becomes the employer of record for all purposes, including payroll, benefits, tax, and compliance.
What is the difference between EOR and International Contractor Payments?
Justworks’ global EOR services through Via enable companies to hire full-time employees, pay them, and provide benefits through Via’s intuitive EOR platform. Justworks’ EOR customers can also pay international contractors in 100+ countries through the same EOR platform. Justworks PEO customers can also onboard and pay international contractors in 30+ countries through the International Contractor Payments feature in the PEO platform. If a PEO customer would like to pay a contractor in a country unavailable within the PEO platform, they can do so through the Via EOR platform instead.
How much does Justworks EOR cost?
Our pricing is straightforward: $599/ month per employee.* No set-up fees, foreign exchange fees, hidden fees, or minimum employee requirements. *Pricing listed is for Via-owned entities and may vary for EOR services through Via's local partners
