In addition to overseeing the training and performance of a large team of specialists and drivers, you’ll be tasked with building relationships with key stakeholders and troubleshooting logistical issues.
With a passion for smart cities and new mobility technology, you’ll become an expert on the Urbvan platform to understand its functionality and features inside-out. They’re after a natural leader with an analytical mindset, as well as someone who’s willing to hustle and get the job done, even if that means long hours.
You’ll bring to the table 5+ years experience in a similar role (at a startup is a plus), with at least a bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution. It’s essential that you’re detail-oriented and a master of multi-tasking while being able to optimize workflows in a highly fluid environment.
